OUR MISSION STATEMENT:
The Unusual Shoppe is founded on and dedicated to a sustainable concept of linked prosperity. Our mission consists of three interrelated parts.PRODUCT MISSION: To offer an ever-changing variety of unique items with special emphasis on art and products made locally, art and products made of recycled materials, and vintage, antique or recycled items. To promote products and business practices that respect the individual and the Earth.
ECONOMIC MISSION: To operate the company on a sustainable basis of profitable growth, expanding opportunities for development and growth for all individuals involved.
SOCIAL MISSION: To operate the company in a way that actively recognizes the central role that business plays in society by initiating innovative ways to improve the quality of life.
Central to the mission of The Unusual Shoppe is the belief that all three parts must thrive equally in a manner that commands deep respect for individuals in and outside the company and supports the communities of which they are a part.
